Our mission is to prepare public service leaders. Upon graduation our students will have the ability to think critically and creatively about public issues, the dedication and capacity to serve a diverse community and the skills to enter a professional position in a public organization.

MPA Student Association

The MPASA exists to: 

  • Help students solidify and actualize their career goals through professional development
  • Support and assist students in their pursuit of academic excellence
  • Administer activities which allow students the opportunity to integrate themselves socially and professionally
  • Plan and execute service projects to help the community.

All MPASA executive board meetings are open meetings unless otherwise noted.  Closed meetings will only occur if sensitive content must be discussed between board members. To be part of MPASA, contact the MPA Program Coordinator.
