Dr. Natalea Scott has more than 20 years of combined experience serving as a soldier and federal government employee. She is currently an Administrative Operations Specialist with the United States Department of Agriculture’s Forest Service where she is responsible for directing and managing the organization’s administrative program. Prior to her current job, Scott worked as a Program Analyst with the United States Army Corps of Engineers, providing program analysis, planning, formulation and execution of the organization’s budget and cooperative agreements, manpower management, and training. She also worked as Resource Management Specialist and an Administrative Officer with the United States Army Recruiting Command in the areas of human resource management and budgeting.  Additionally, she served as the organization's Contractor Officer Representative and the point of contact for credentialing and privileging. Dr. Scott also managed a construction and property management business for many years. One of her greatest achievements is the pleasure of providing leadership and mentorship to employees.

Dr. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a specialization in Human Resource Management, a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and a Doctor of Management with a specialization in Executive Leadership.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children. She also enjoys exercising, gardening, sewing, and practically any outdoor activity.
